Keith Gittens is a coach and fitness trainer whose passion for movement, sports, and helping others reach their potential has shaped his career across three countries. Born in Barbados and having lived in London, Keith brings a diverse cultural and athletic background to his work.
A former soccer player, Keith understands firsthand the discipline, teamwork, and commitment required to perform at your best. His career in fitness includes working at the JCC in Manhattan, where he trained people of all ages and fitness levels.
Keith specializes in working with people recovering from injuries or adapting to physical changes as they age. He creates customized training programs for retired athletes and seniors who want to improve balance, gait, mobility, strength, coordination, and overall confidence in their movement. His approach is thoughtful and individualized, meeting each client where they are and helping them progress safely and effectively.
Now based in Florida, Keith brings an encouraging, energetic, and personalized approach to every workout. His goal is not simply to help people exercise, but to help them move better, feel stronger, maintain their independence, and enjoy an active life at every stage.
I recently competed in a body building event in the 60 over age. I trained for a year and completely adjusted my eating and exercise routine. It was rough but I won!!!!
